We had a real good time staying at this hotel. Everything was nice, including excellent staff and peaceful location very close to the traditional shopping centres. The food was savoury with a wide array of choice...

During our Christmas stay, we really appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. It was great to have two full bedrooms, a full bath, and a large living area. This provided us with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us arrange food delivery and even fetched a taxi for us when we needed to get to the bus station. It was truly a pleasant experience.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the breakfast provided was quite disappointing.

Nothing the bed was like sleeping on box springs real hard could not get comfortable The bathromm looked ditry It took me 3 times to complain about the tv not working i went down to the front desk and they told me that some one would be right up.I even told the housekeeping superviser about the problem also.I was going to stay there for four nights but only stayed one night and found a better place to stay during my time there in dubai.

I was told that they had free wifi well i did not get it.This is why i was going to stay there.That was fasle advertisment on there part i was not to happy.

The bedroom, living room, and kitchen areas were clean and tidy. Kitchen was equipped with utensils although we did not use them. Ample storage space for 2 persons on holiday. The bellman were meek and humble people that were pleasant to interact with.

Bathroom tiles worn down. Insects in bathroom. Torn towel although replacement towels were nice and fresh. Poor water pressure in shower. Tv in bedroom did not work. IPad did not work with hotels wifi, only my laptop. In room safe did not work. Airplanes would fly overhead throughout the day; although I am a heavy sleeper this may be a huge problem for others. Lastly the service was fair at best. The receptionist lady was rude. When the Internet didn't work the man did not come up to assist but asked me to come down. He then reset something on the hotel server and then the Internet worked. Why did he not reset it first before asking me to come down?? He insisted that something was wrong with my laptop even after the fact. I work in it so this was not true; a little ownership of the problem and a small apology would have been preferred.

Conveniently located only 0.5 miles from the airport with friendly and helpful staff.

The location was perfect for getting to my meetings.

The rooms are a bit worn and some things did not work, like the television and the plugs.

The apartment had a nice separate living area and kitchen, with cooking utensils provided. the location was convenient, with a supermarket and metro station within walking distance. One advantage was the friendly and responsive staff.

The apartment was dirty, with dirty bed, bathroom, and sofa. the bathroom had a bad smell and there was a water leak in the kitchen.

We had a spacious room with a large double bed, and the service we received was great.

Very cheap wifi charge (aed 5 per hour "around $1.5"), conceirge staff are trying to be helpful (of course to get tips, which was fine by me)

Reception staff are horrible, apartments are not clean (we have seen cockroach in the bathroom), we checked in during lunch time and reception all smelt cooking smoke, we could clearly hear our neighbors' chat thought connecting door

They promised me with early check in and then they cost me at the end one more night fee. the internet fee is very expensive. the service was very poor. the staff were not tidy and polite

The hotel was fairly clean and had an excellent location near the metro. The room was separate and extremely spacious with a double bed. We truly enjoyed the breakfast with a great selection of tasty food.

Love the Kitchen. Staffs also nice.

Noisy Air Plane sound during at nights. Poor lights powers. Not enough towels, no carpet at the shower room. not enough TV shows in English version.
